Start the holiday season with innovative dishes by Chef Sam Etheridge of AMBROZIA paired with wines from Asheville based importer Jean Philippe Bourgeois.The evening starts at 6:30 with a Champagne Toast followed by seating at 7pm for a four course menu. The first course will be paired with a lovely White Bordeaux and the next two courses will each be partnered with a red Bordeaux with the last course with  a wine from St. Emilion, all expressing the wide range and styles of this famed region. What could be more French?
