The WSET Level Two Award in Wines class will take place January 2023 in Asheville.

Please join us on Saturday, December 17th from 2 to 4pm for "Sushi Making Class and Sake Tasting" at The Asheville Beauty Academy located at 28 Broadway Street in downtown Asheville. Class will be hosted by Chef and Owner Nandar Kaung from "Mr. Sushi" with locations in Biltmore Forest and now at 354 Merrimon in North Asheville. Tickets will be $55 + tax. Each ticket includes bamboo mat, sushi rolls, sake, and glass of wine.

The dinner will be focused on the region of Bordeaux, France. A toast of Champagne to start followed by a sitdown family stule 4 course meal with wines from Bordeaux. Wines will be available to purchase by the glass in addition.
