ReEntrant Willamette Valley Rose: 100% Pommard clone Pinot Noir grown on Yamhill in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. The Pommard clone adds structure and elegance while allowing the flavors of fresh flowers to come through. The core of the flavors capture a side of clementine and stone fruit. We produced apx. 100 cases. Fermentation bone dry and done as cool as possible to capture the natural acidity in the grape.
ReEntrant Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: 100% Pommard clone pinot noir grown mid-hill on Yamhill in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. Picked the first week in September. Fermented cold to capture the natural acidity and leaving the alcohol at an approachable level. Aged in 4 year old barrels for 10 months. Apx. 350 cases produced.
