La Jara Prosecco BRUT

Many of you have asked for an "upscale" Prosecco. We heard you. Pure Italian 100% Glera, this Prosecco BRUT is made from certified biodynamic vines grow in atony, gravel soil.  The winery says this of its award winning sparkling wine:

Realized with Glera grapes, this famous wine is today one of the most  important sparkling wines in Italy. The preparation has been obtained for natural refermentation in autoclave. (Charmat Method).

The Prosecco BRUT combines the delicacy of the scents of sour apple with the freshness of taste; it's the most dry Prosecco version. It's a wine for lovers.

It was awarded with a silver medal at the Expo Vina International competition - Zurich (for more info, have a look at "Trade fairs - Event" section).
In order to take advantage to the best characteristics of lands great attention has been placed to the cultivation in field, with the application of biodynamic's principles.
