The Asheville School of Wine hosts Robert Novick of Kellogg Selections. Bordeaux varietals from Andrew Hill (http://www.andrewwill.com/home/) and Rhone varietals from Gramercy Cellars (http://gramercycellars.com/) will be paired with small plates from Bone and Broth on Charlotte Street.

"Washington State Wines, in general, have only been partially discovered and are of extraordinary quality for the price." says Gina Trippi, co-owner of MetroWines. "These selections have all been critically acclaimed and would be perfect for the holiday table."

The Wines from Andrew Hill received between 91 and 94 points from Robert Parker:
“I continue to think these Bordeaux blends from Chris Camarda are some of the most impressive, balanced, and age-worthy wines coming out Washington State.” - Jeb Dunnuck in The Wine Advocate
