60% Nero d'Avola and 40% Frappato $16.99
Tasting Notes: Intense and brilliant cherry red color. The nose is delicate,
with aromas of small red fruits, cherries, spicy notes, nuances of vanilla, licorice and cocoa.
The palate is enveloping, soft, with velvety tannins and good freshness.
Winery Notes: The Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG of Valle dell'Acate is produced
with grapes from the vineyards located on the plateau called Bidini Soprano.
Soils are composed of light or dark red sands of medium dough, with good depth.
The vineyards that are located on a dark red land produce Nero d'Avola,
while the vineyards that are located on light red soil produce the Frappato.
After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine ages in large barrels
for about 12 months. Then complete the refinement with at least 9 months
in the bottle, before being put on the market.

Dense, with sink-your-teeth-into-them tannins and concentration to the plum,
cassis and blackberry flavors. Sage and rosemary accents linger in the background.
Strikes the right note between power and elegance, with grace notes of eucalyptus,
black tea and tobacco lingering on the velvety finish.
The vineyard is located in Apalta in Colchagua Valley. The geographical location,
presents a Mediterranean climate characterized by temperate weather with a coastal influence.
Lightly textured top soils and a well drained deep clay base provide optimal conditions.
The color is a deep, very characteristic red shades changing into purple.
The nose is intense aromas that remind of berries like strawberry, humid soil and spices.
You can also feel some green notes such as pepper.
It has very pleasant tannins, soft and round. Good body. Long finish.
