Tickets HERE!

News Release: Monday, November 26th
About: New Year's Eve @MetroWines

Join us on December 31st from 5:30 to 6:30 @MetroWines for a celebration of New Year's Eve!
Why so early? Because when It's in Asheville (depending on daylight savings time!) It's Midnight in Capetown, South Africa.

Share foods from South Africa prepared by break out star Chef Todd Ritter of The Princess Anne Hotel, wines from South Africa paired by MetroWines and on screen fireworks from Capetown! The menu is still in progress but will definitely feature South African classics including candied peanuts and plantain chips!

And expect South African wines including Pinotage and Chenin Blanc!

This is the fifth year of this celebration at MetroWines. Previous years have included Midnight in Paris, Barcelona, Venice, London and Morocco.

"The event is designed for people who want to celebrate early!" says Gina Trippi, co-owner of MetroWines. "Maybe you want to follow our party with dinner around town, another event, getting home early to let the babysitter have a night out, watching the ball drop in NYC or going to sleep before midnight!"

To insure that everyone has a good view of the fireworks and can share the evening with the other guests, seating is limited to 40.

$25 plus tax for the event. Parking is free, close and easy.

Please note that because we must buy and prepare the South African feast! as well as bring in staff on NYE, we cannot accommodate any refunds or credit for another event.

Make reservations by calling MetroWines at (828) 575-9525
