Sparkling Rose from France
"We are one of the rare Houses producing Rosé by the saignée method."

Saignée (“sohn-yay”) means “to bleed.” It describes a method of rosé winemaking that involves “bleeding” off a portion of red wine juice after it’s been in contact with the skins and seeds. Saignée is a unique style of rosé wine because it produces a bolder and darker rosé wine. On the nose, you will find hints of red fruits and violet with a hint of spice. The palate is fresh with a subtle trace of licorice in the finish.

...or GO Spanish!

Commemorating the year in which Josep Raventós crafted the first bottle of cava.
A brut cava made as in the past, reviving the original and readapting it to the present. A cava with rich aromatic nuances, creaminess and intense expression. And draped in a bottle inspired in our own history, typical modernist stained glass windows.

Pinyeres 2013 from Spain
(bordering the legendary Priorat)

Fully de-stemmed, fermented with native yeasts,
spending 12 months in natural oak barrels.

Asheville Focus Group "White" Winner for February:

FURMINT from Hungary

We LOVED this wine. Great acidity and a touch of lemon that is extraordinary.
The freshness and zing of this wine makes it perfect to enjoy alone, with a dish,
as an aperitif or liquid sorbet! and at 11% alcohol, this is a bottle for dinner!

Carpinus is a relatively young wine company from the Tokaji region in Hungary.
The house is run by the couple Edith and Istvan Bai. In the past they have
gained experience in well-known wineries in Hungary and abroad.
They focus on top quality, family traditions and sustainable winemaking.

The wine has a lot of elegance, minerality and a rich taste.
