Please join us on Thursday, October 13th, starting 6:30 @MetroWines Charlotte Street. Chef Sam Etheridge of AMBROZIA Catering prepares innovative dishes, all paired with wines from Trione Vineyards and Winery presented by Tom Leiner of Grapevine Distributors.

"Over the summer, AMBROZIA was welcomed back to Asheville at the 1st PopUP Dinner @MetroWines," says Gina Trippi, co-owner of MetroWines, "And now, with this second event, we can say with confidence, that AMBROZIA is definitely back home!"

Learn to Make Pasta!

Ahhhhhh… pasta!! The ultimate comfort food. And making fresh pasta is easy. Let us show you just how easy it can be! Join Ciao Asheville as we team up with Metro Wines and q.b. Cucina for a series of pasta-making classes. We’ll start with a live pasta-making demonstration given by Asheville-based Sarah Ubertaccio of q.b. Cucina. This event will take place on Sunday, September 18, from 12-2pm, at a private local residence in the Beaverdam area with mountain views (address to be provided following registration).
