Learn to Make Pasta!

Ahhhhhh… pasta!! The ultimate comfort food. And making fresh pasta is easy. Let us show you just how easy it can be! Join Ciao Asheville as we team up with Metro Wines and q.b. Cucina for a series of pasta-making classes. We’ll start with a live pasta-making demonstration given by Asheville-based Sarah Ubertaccio of q.b. Cucina. This event will take place on Sunday, September 18, from 12-2pm, at a private local residence in the Beaverdam area with mountain views (address to be provided following registration).

Living and Working in Italy

Have you been thinking of moving to Italy? Or just want to know what it would be like? Please join Ciao Asheville for a live Zoom presentation with Jason and Jill DiLoreti, live from Montaione, Tuscany. This event will be on Sunday, August 21, at 1pm at Metro Wines, 169 Charlotte Street, Asheville.
Jason and Jill are former Asheville residents who in 2019 sold their place in Asheville, packed up their three young children and a few belongings, and moved to Italy.
