About: Quench! in Woodfin Opens!
Quench! in Woodfin has passed all inspections and is ready to open the doors on Wednesday, October 16th at 11am.
Chef Sam Etheridge is back stirring the pot! And to sweeten the pot, Chef Sam has new dishes for the menu including “Gambas al Ajillo” which is shrimp, sherry, garlic and pepper flake served with French Bread and “Umami” composed of black garlic sheep’s cheese, seared lion’s mane mushrooms and kimchee. And Chef Sam is bringing it home with a “BGT” made of bacon jam, aged gouda and fresh tomato!
Regular hours resume at Quench! on October 16th: Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm. Quench! will, however, close at 4pm on Thursday, October 17th for a private dinner with international importer Mary Taylor.
