Living and Working in Italy

Please join Ciao Asheville for a live Zoom presentation with Jason and Jill DiLoreti, live from Montaione, Tuscany. This event will be on Sunday, August 21, at 1pm at Metro Wines, 169 Charlotte Street, Asheville.
Jason and Jill are former Asheville residents who in 2019 sold their place in Asheville, packed up their three young children and a few belongings, and moved to Italy.
Jason will discuss moving his family to Italy, settling in, finding work (including information about work Visa options), enduring the COVID-19 pandemic, and all the challenges and delights they faced along the way. Jill manages an agriturismo, Rigone in Chianti, located in the center of the virtual triangle that links Florence, Siena and Pisa. Jill will talk about life at an agriturismo and why you should consider staying at one on your next trip.
We are delighted to welcome Jason back for his 2nd Ciao Asheville appearance. Jason gave one of our first presentations in 2019 when he talked about Slow Food Asheville.
